After completing a degree in History of Art and Design, Daniel Slowik worked for the Applied Arts and British Pictures departments at Sotheby’s before being employed by Historic Royal Palaces, to give lecture tours on the history and contents of Kensington Palace.
He joined Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler in 1997 as a member of the Antiques Department, which he went on to manage with great success, before becoming a designer for the company.
Informed by his time in the Antiques Department, Daniel has a deep understanding of design history and a prodigious talent for pulling together modern and traditional styles in a fluid and graceful way.
He has worked on Projects all over the world and has an ever-expanding list of high profile clients.
